The Company
The largest fully integrated independent manufacturer of corrugated packaging in the South-West. We are a well-respected family-run business, established over 30 years ago with an exciting and ambitious growth strategy. We are looking for exceptional people to join our Team, to contribute to the future success of the business.
The Role
We are recruiting a brilliant Sales Co-ordinator to join our friendly Team and further enhance the Customer Service provided to our existing customer base. You will:
- Be the dedicated point of contact for some of our existing customers.
- Provide support to these customers, helping resolve their queries via phone/email.
- Process their orders onto our bespoke system management software, Goose.
- Liaise with our Planning Team regarding your customers' orders.
- Brief our Technical Team on any new enquiries for your customers.
- Communicate the information (quotes, samples etc) for these enquiries back to your customers, and follow up with them.
- Be responsible for all day-to-day account management for your customers, for example arranging for old stock to be delivered or for old tooling to be returned to the customer/disposed of.
