Rewards Transatlantic Ltd. ("Rewards", "we", "us") operates as a transatlantic career discovery platform connecting job seekers with verified US and UK employers. Our editorial offices are located in New York, NY (USA) and London, England (UK).

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service:

• Browsing Data: Pages visited, search queries, job categories viewed (anonymised, non-identifiable).
• Local Storage: Saved jobs and recently viewed roles are stored exclusively in your browser’s localStorage — never on our servers.
• Analytics: Aggregate visitor statistics via Histats (cookieless mode). No personal identifiers are captured.

3. Application Routing & Employer Transparency

When you click “Apply Now”, you are redirected transparently to the employer’s official ATS portal (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, NHS Jobs, etc.). Rewards does not intercept, store, or process any application data submitted on those external platforms.

4. Your GDPR Rights (UK & EU Residents)

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure (“Right to Be Forgotten”), restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority.

5. Your CCPA Rights (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of sale. As stated above, Rewards does not sell personal information.

We use only essential session cookies necessary for site function. No third-party advertising cookies are set. Histats analytics operates in cookieless mode. You may disable all cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse jobs.
