Rewards is a free service for job seekers. We do not charge application fees, placement fees, processing charges, or CV upload fees. Any recruiter demanding fees from applicants found via Rewards should be reported immediately to legal@rewards.breddev.bingoport.com.

2. Verified Employer Standards

All vacancies indexed on Rewards are sourced from employers who:

• Are registered, trading entities in the United States or United Kingdom.
• Comply with US Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and USCIS E-Verify requirements (US employers).
• Hold a valid UK Home Office Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence or NHS Trust authorization (UK employers).
• Do not engage in discriminatory hiring practices contrary to the Equality Act 2010 (UK) or Civil Rights Act (US).

3. Nature of Our Service

Rewards is a job aggregation and discovery platform. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employer of record. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview offers, or salary packages. All hiring decisions are made solely by the respective employer.

4. Job Listing Accuracy & Freshness

We strive to maintain accurate and current listings. Job vacancies are automatically refreshed with validity timestamps (validThrough) and expired listings are removed within 24 hours. However, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of compensation figures or closing dates as these may change without notice from the employer.

5. External Links & Application Portals
