ACE Advanced Composite Engineering – Wir realisieren Leichtbauteile aus Faserverbundwerkstoffen von der Konstruktion über Prototypen bis zur Serienfertigung für unsere erstklassigen Kunden aus der Automobil- und Luftfahrtbranche.

Deine Aufgaben

Bearbeitung der Zeitwirtschaft sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der Lohnabrechnung
Erstellen von personalrelevanten Dokumenten z.B. Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse und Betriebsmitteilungen
Allgemeine Personaladministration (Dokumentenmanagement, Pflege der Personalakten, BAV, Benefits, etc.)
Unterstützung der HR Manager und dem Bewerbermanagement
Mitwirken bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
Sicherer, erprobter Umgang mit MS Office
Kenntnisse in Zeiterfassungssystemen (idealerweise Factorial) wünschenswert
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
