- Lab-based experience working on the manipulation of biological materials, e.g. blood, plasma to the desired analyte levels for testing purposes.
- Experience of sensor testing and method development with an ability to implement improvements.
- Demonstrable experience with development and validation of assays including analysis from instrumentation readouts. This should include sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility, and precision.
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- Experience in electrochemistry
- Familiarity of working within a regulated environment e.g. ISO 13485
