We are currently looking for dedicated Health Care Assistants, who can drive & are willing to work across the Bridgend County Borough area to join our team, we can offer you flexible working, from morning, lunch, tea, and evening calls, a variety of shifts to suit you and the company’s needs. You will be supporting individuals to remain independent whilst living in their own homes. Promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration. Drivers are highly desirable but walkers can be accommodated. You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook.
In this role you will:
- Engage in all daily activities.
- Light housework duties
- Support to prepare diet and fluids
- Assisting with personal care
- Administering medication
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence.
