Joining our team, you’ll support our clients to ensure we support them with any IT requirements as they grow ensuring we provide a prompt and efficient service. A confident communicator, you’ll work closely with the wider team and customer, identifying the issues and providing a solution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Inspire client confidence in the A4S team by making sure communication with clients builds up the team, and makes clients believe in our colleagues.
- Stepping in to manage communication on sensitive tickets, as required.
- Strategic Clients Review/Client Relationship Review meetings
- Helping with any commercial/purchasing questions they have.
- Sounding board for any general queries
- Client meetings Onsite/Teams meetings with clients as/when required, following up of actions after
- Point of client escalation
- Data cabling, liaise with FMS when clients have cabling requirements, quoting for works that needs doing and coordinate cabling jobs with FMS/client
- Writing proposals for additional services/solutions for clients.
- Commercial presentation to clients
- Generating reports as / when required.
