As a Barclays Private Banking Executive this is an exciting opportunity where you will be assisting the Private Banker in acquiring, servicing, and retaining clients to deliver overall business objectives. You will become a key point of contact for the client for day-to-day operational matters. In your new role you will assist the Private Banker in marketing products to clients and support the Pod/ team/ business in the delivery of its targets and goals.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. • Working pro-actively with Operations, Business Management, and other teams to ensure delivery, resolving issues and reducing/ removing errors
• Handling incoming mail, faxes, and phone calls from clients, interacting with the relevant departments, and confirming all relevant actions to the clients
• Preparing letters and ad-hoc reports for clients and draft letters for Private Bankers
• Addressing and solving clients' administration inquiries, to provide high quality personalized service
• Helping Private Bankers in ensuring adherence to all regulatory and Private Bank requirements/ procedures/ controls and recognizing/ managing risk
• Performing daily operations and transactions on clients' accounts
• Identifying opportunities to improve current procedures and ways of working to the benefit of our clients, along with aiding the implementation of the change

• Relevant client facing experience in a Private Banking or similar industry role
• Proven investment, fiduciary, and banking product knowledge

• Excellent communication and interactive skills
• Highly articulate with excellent client facing sales skills
