Job Summary
The role will be very varied and will include most elements of the lettings process: from taking enquiries, and carrying out viewings, through to client communications and negotiations, arranging tenancies and lettings administration.
We have a very wide portfolio of property from town houses to country cottages.

Our experts provide a diverse range of professional property-related services throughout the South East. We are a progressive and expansive independent business based on traditional values. Our clients enjoy a truly bespoke service provided by our dedicated and highly experienced Partner-led teams. We have four strategically placed offices across Kent and Sussex including Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough and Tunbridge Wells.
Salary and package
· Based in our Haywards Heath office (67-69 The Broadway, Haywards Heath, RH16 3AS) but with duties including supporting our Pulborough Lettings Dept.
· Permanent position.
· Full time 9am-5.30pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm.
· 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
· £20k salary per annum.
· Commission.
· Life Insurance cover.
· Mileage allowance.
· Training costs agreement up to ARLA Level 3.
Qualifications and skills
· ARLA-qualified or working towards these qualifications.
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· IT skills (Microsoft software and REAPIT).
· Highly self-motivated with a clear sense of urgency.
· Excellent organisational skills.
· Use of initiative.
· Team player.
Responsibilities and duties
· Take enquiries and carry out viewings.
· Liaise with clients and tenants.
· Complete all tenancy documentation and checks.
· Issue rent renewals.
Other requirements
· Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
· Clean full driving licence.
· Use of a car.
