Position Overview & Specifications
Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be part of Bentley’s core Software Development group, implementing new features, services, and solutions for Enterprise Systems software.
We will rely on you for the following:
- Will be involved in the design and implementation of the new services and features.
- Design includes participating in defining and interpreting feature requests, documenting those requests in functional specifications, and designing specific services and features for stability, security, usability, and maintainability
- Unit testing and performance testing
- Will be involved in fixing defects and aiding the support group.
- Working in a dynamic DevOps-oriented software development environment
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer or equivalent
- Programming Experience: AngularJS (preferred), Angular And, JavaScript
- Database Experience SQL Server
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to maximize productivity.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to take ownership in the form of responsibility and accountability for products and services.
- Has the ability to learn and adapt quickly to maximize productivity
What would make you stand out:
- Experience in agile development.
- Experience or Knowledge with React, C# or Java, .Net Core.
- Experience or Knowledge with PostgreSQL
- Experience or Knowledge with Cloud Technologies such as Azure, REST API’s.
