Supply Chain Planner sought for a Chippenham based manufacturer in the semiconductor industry offering huge development and progression. Part of a Global manufacturing brand employing over 17,000 people this role offers vast opportunities to move and grow through the wider brand.
This role will suit candidates that have previous experience of planning in manufacturing sites and that can contribute towards and help drive development of sales and operations. Experience working in an electrical manufacturer will give you a considerable advantage, but all are welcomed to apply.
You will be responsible for managing and further developing the site capacity planning model as well as producing the sites volume rolling forecast. You will also need to manage and maintain master data within the ERP system and drive improvements in the businesses on-time delivery performance and further enable production planning efficiency.
The successful candidate will benefit from continued ongoing personal development and progression opportunities, as part of a global brand there will be opportunities to travel to locations across the globe on secondment as well as upward moves through the brand if desired.
The role:
*Manage and develop the site capacity

The Person:
*Degree Level education preferred
*Proven experience working in a global manufacturing planning environment ideally the electronics industry
*Experience in capacity planning/sales and operations planning
*Experience with ERP systems
