E-Commerce Executive

Boho Betty creates original and stand-out jewellery, with an emphasis on ‘boho-chic’ and ‘effortless styling’, and lets women all over the world express their individuality through layering and stacking complementary jewellery pieces together. Our collections are inspired by an appreciation and love of other cultures and the different materials, textiles, stones and beads available within the communities Betty has visited. Our collections are designed in the UK by Betty herself, who loves designing a contemporary, high quality, globally inspired accessory line at affordable prices. We bridge the gap between fine jewellery and fashion.

This role is hybrid and requires 2/3 days per week in the office and the remainder will be working from home.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, order management, and customer service
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and sales performance, identify trends and make recommendations to improve customer experience
• Ensure the accuracy of product information, pricing, and inventory levels on the website
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and execute online promotions and campaigns
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies related to e-commerce
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions as required
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed
• Ensure e commerce platforms are integrating properly with inventory systems such as unleashed/Brightpearl.
• Help manage and update inventory operating systems and integrations

Requirements:

• Experience in an e-commerce administration or a related field
• Strong understanding of website management, (including HTML and CSS)
• Strong organisational skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Also third party platforms such as Mirakl, Silkfred, etc
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
