- Liaise with Support Services to make sure all patients’ non-clinical needs are met , including cultural, sexual, religious, and any special needs
- Work as part of our team and be responsible for the care we deliver
- Recognise the need for DOLs assessments, mental capacity assessment s, and 'simple' and 'complex' safeguarding referrals
- Take part in clinical audit s as required by the Sister / Charge Nurse
- An active General Adult NMC registration (PIN)
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Willingness to learn and be part of continuous quality improvement programmes
