Based at the Canterbury Campus with the option to work on a hybrid part on campus, part at home basis, we are seeking a friendly, positive and motivated individual to join our team.

As one of our Course Administrators your role is crucial to ensuring a positive learning experience for our students, working with our academic colleagues and other University Departments, to collaboratively contribute to an efficient and effective service.

Our team are currently working on a hybrid rota model with full-time team members working 2 set days a week in the office and 3 days a week from home with the option to work further days on campus if the team member wishes to. During the year there are some periods where additional attendance on campus for specific activities is required of all team members as directed by the leadership team.

The Ideal candidate A student first approach is essential along with a passion for developing effective and streamlined processes that support a positive student and staff experience. Experience of working as part of team to achieve a shared goal is essential and experience of higher education and recent experience of Faculty based Academic Administration processes would be a distinct advantage.
