From the unique 72 bedrooms including 14 one of a kind Treehouses, to the award-winning spa and state of the art James Martin cookery school, it has an abundance of ways to revive your senses. The blissful 130 acres of woodland are home to an indoor and outdoor tennis centre, a 9-hole golf course, heritage orchard, 70 working beehives, a walled kitchen garden, croquet lawn and more.
As Spa Cafe Assistant, you will be serving food and drink to all guests from the hotel, spa days and our members, ensuring the smooth running of the Pool Bar on every shift.

Key responsibilities of the Spa Cafe Assistant:
- Provide our 5 star service to hotel guests and members to establish a courteous, helpful and friendly attitude at all times
- Take and serve orders and provide any nutritional or allergen information requested
- Ensure bills are cashed with care taken over correct charging to rooms, payment methods and any discounts given
- Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the pool bar is well kept and ready for guests
- Ensure food and drinks are stored correctly and is used in the correct date order
