As a Customer Service Advisor you will be supporting centres, employers, learners and third parties via telephone and email, providing an exceptional experience.

  • This is a pure customer service role, providing a first time resolve where possible.
  • This is a PART TIME role, 21 hrs per week ( ideally 3 days per week but we can offer flexibility)
  • We offer a permanent position with a number of benefits including; generous holiday.
  • Full training is provided.
  • We offer friendly working environment in our Cardiff office.
