Marketing & Content Intern

Most people don't get real ownership until they're years into their career. You'd get it in month one.

Cloud Studios is a Berlin studio building a portfolio of products people actually rely on, starting with listn (helping older adults preserve and share memories) and now a platform helping brands show up when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude for recommendations. We're looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to build the media presence behind our founder and our growing portfolio of brands, working directly with him. Real ownership, from day one.

• Grow the presence of the founder and our brands, focused on Instagram and LinkedIn for now
• Create content across formats: posts, carousels, short-form video, and more
• Turn raw ideas, conversations and product updates into content actually worth watching or reading
• Build a content waterfall system: one strong idea, reworked into a week's worth of formats and channels
• Shoot and edit short-form video and behind-the-scenes content with the founder and team
• Design visual content in Figma or Canva (either is fine), and help us build new, better templates, not just use what already exists
• Track what performs, drop what doesn't, and turn attention into real leads for the business

• Either you're a student and qualify for a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum), or you're looking for a qualifying voluntary internship
• Strong English, written and spoken. German is a plus, not mandatory
• You actually understand how LinkedIn and Instagram work, not just how to scroll them
• You can take a rough, half-formed idea and turn it into something people stop for
• Good visual instincts, and you're comfortable in Figma or Canva
• Proactive and reliable, and you take ownership without being asked twice
• Genuinely curious about AI, startups, and using new tools to work faster and better

No years of marketing experience required. We care more about taste, initiative, and whether you can actually turn ideas into finished work

• Direct access to the founder and real ownership from day one, not busywork.
• Content that actually goes live and moves the business, not a portfolio piece nobody sees.
• A front-row seat to how founder-led marketing, content and lead generation actually work.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native marketing workflows most companies haven't figured out yet.
• Exposure to product, sales and growth inside a studio building more than one brand at once.
• Strong performance doesn't cap out at an internship. Do it well, and there's a real path to leading marketing at Cloud Studios and building a proper media house under your direction. This is yours to take!
