Cobalt are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant working with a boutique Residential Property Management company who are going through a significant period of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a reputable and knowledgeable business, while supporting an extremely successful Property Manager.

Day-to-day duties:
Providing high level support to the Property Manager, acting as the liaison between themselves and supporting teams
Scheduling appointments and handling complex diary management to ensure efficiency
Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
Provide supportive administration and coordination with property related functions
Dealing with invoices, balances, and client communications
Streamlining and implementing processes where needed
Personal Specification:
Experience in the property industry, block management would be ideal but not necessary
Outstanding organisational skills, with natural affinity for providing structure and supporting executives
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Highly equipped in managing schedules and prioritising
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written and excellent use of grammar
Adaptable and flexible to a boutique business
Hours of work : Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm - Friday - 9.00am - 1.30pm (In the office 5 days a week)
