Pay rates: Days: Up to £12.74 per hour / Nights: Up to £13.49 per hour
** Colten Care is proud to pay all our valued Health Care Assistants/Support Workers ABOVE the Real Living Wage, at a minimum rate of £10.42 per hour plus enhancements **
** Full time and part time contracts available to support you and your work/life balance, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks) **
Introduction
We’re looking for Health Care Assistants both experienced or new to care, to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in one of our luxury homes, Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex.
We’re looking for the right person to join our fabulous care team, to build lasting relationships with residents and ensure they receive the highest level of personal care every day, assisting them to lead a fulfilled life.
You don’t need experience to make a real difference to residents’ lives. A positive, caring attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for helping others are what we’re looking for. If you’re a Support Worker, or looking for a Support Worker role, you may possess all the skills and qualities we’re looking for.
