Position Overview & Specifications
This position is open only to existing operational On-Call, Grey Book employees of Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service.
Applications are sought from suitably qualified On-Call Substantive Crew Managers or Temporary Watch managers to apply through the promotions process for the role of Substantive Watch Manager at Helston Community Fire Station.
You must ensure you:
- Have an up-to-date PDR
- Have completed appropriate command courses
- Have a current WM7 qualification
- Have completed your Council Mandatory Training
- Do not have any current discipline awards.
You will need to submit a supporting statement detailing how your skills, experiences and behaviours link to the position that you are applying for.
