Cromwell is a leading healthcare staffing solution , providing highly qualified , experienced medical professionals to private care homes sectors for temporary , part time and permanent specializing in Health care and residential homes across the UK, providing a true 24hr service.
We are currently recruiting Health Care Assistance in the area of Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire for a larger number of private Nursing & Residential homes across to fulfil ongoing assignment for Days , Nights and weekend duties.
As Health Care Assistance working with Cromwell Medical you will be responsible for the below duties.
.Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and comfortable
. Monitoring Patients
.Keeping up with patients personal hygiene and wellbeing
.Ensuring patients and properly fed and hydrated
.Assisting Mental Health nurses in clinical duties
. Flexible hours - choose full time or part time hours to fit with your commitments
.Communicating and supporting the patients relatives and carers
