MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Preparing project documentation and plans
- Schedule control and follow-up

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards, uses easy-to-understand user interface text, and is appropriate for its intended
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, specifications, and the documentation
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities, maintain and improve formatting, layout, use of CAD
- Manage proper naming conventions, revision control, and file storing procedures.
- Create and maintain the information architecture (layout & design) distribute and track original electronic document files in an accurate and efficient
CORE COMPETENCIES SQEP LEVEL 3:
- HND/OND (desirable but not essential) Knowledge and experience working with and designing to BS5839 Part 1 (essential)
- Experience in design/commissioning fire alarm systems in the nuclear industry and/or major construction projects (essential)
- Competent in generating technical documents and specifications (essential)
- Experience in using Auto CAD system (desirable)
- Experience in using Navis works (desirable).
CORE COMPETENCIES SQEP LEVEL 2:
- HND/OND (desirable but not essential) Knowledge and experience working with and designing to BS5839 Part 1 (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in similar tasks in nuclear plant and/or major construction projects
