• Making culinary preparations.
• Assisting the chef in kitchen duties.
• Taking in of deliveries.
• Restocking of inventory.
• Following opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring the unit is continuously clean and tidy.

Qualifications:

• Food Safety Level 2.
• Complete mandatory onboarding.
• Relevant experience is useful, but not required. Ideal for those looking to start their culinary or hospitality career.
• Ability to follow instructions and have strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast passed environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment ware).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
