The successful candidate will have experience of working in a school environment as well as experience of working with young people. The role will have a focus on respectful and effective communication with young people, ensuring the school’s behaviour policy is adhered to at all times, making lunchtimes a safe and enjoyable experience for all students. We are looking for individuals who:
