Dunbia, is one of Europe’s leading and respected suppliers of top quality Beef and Lamb products for the national and international retail, commercial and foodservice markets. The Group now wishes to recruit a Hygiene Manager to work on our night shift, 8pm to 4.30am, Monday to Friday.
A vacancy has arisen for a Night Cleaning Manager, reporting to the Food Safety & Quality Manager.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the Night Hygiene Department.
General Duties:
- Managing the Night Hygiene Team Members.
- Filing in relevant paperwork (KPI reports, pre-start checks, job cards, etc.)
- Ensuring all production areas are cleaned to the required standard to enable production commencement.
- Ensuring all amenities areas are cleaned to the standard required.
- Ensuring all staff members are working efficiently and in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring all site hygiene points are supplied with required items at all times.
- Ensuring all accurate reporting to the Food Safety & Quality Manager.
- Participating in cleaning operations if required.
The Person:
- Have excellent people management skills and experience.
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
- The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of industrial cleaning.
- Will possess strong leadership skills, be confident, and committed and able to accept responsibility.
- Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be highly motivated.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
- Have a keen eye for quality and high attention to detail.
