This organisation is currently searching for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.
Based just a few miles from the M1 & M62 motorways in LEEDS, the successful Receptionist will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Pontefract, Castleford, Selby, Wetherby, Dewsbury and Halifax.
Key responsibilities of the Receptionist will include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls appropriately, including effective use of the internal switchboard.
- Greeting visitors in a welcoming manner and ensuring that arrival & departure procedures are met
- General administration and making travel arrangements for visitors as and when required
Working Hours of the Receptionist:
37 Hours per week, across a Monday to Friday pattern:
- 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
In return, the Receptionist will receive:
- Renumeration: £13.50 per hour (£25,974.00 pro-rata)
- Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days (pro-rata)
- Contract Length: Up to 3 months – possibility of extension and permanent employment but not guaranteed
- Access to various onsite facilities: free onsite parking, subsidized canteen and gym
