Position Overview & Specifications
The EA will provide comprehensive personal assistance, secretarial, operational and organisational support to an Executive Director and her wider Team enabling efficient operation of their portfolios. Part of this fast-paced role will require for you to be an effective communication link between internal and external senior stakeholders.
The post holder will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to suit the variable and developing workload in the Executive’s office.
Required key responsibilities and skills:
- • To deal promptly with complex internal and external issues including enquiries and complaints as appropriate
- Using initiative to both identify the elements of the matter and problem solve suggesting possible solutions where appropriate
