  • Leverage a variety of in vivo techniques at in-house and CRO vivarium, including end-to-end conduct of in vivo experiments, from Test Article preparation and qualification, varied routes of administration, repeat dosing protocols, repeat sampling and monitoring protocols, extensive samples collection and storage protocols for biomarkers, toxicology, PK and spatial/transcriptomic profiling.
  • As a team member, contribute to planning the in vivo discovery and development programs.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in peer functional departments, including Discovery, Technology Innovation, Data Sciences, and CMC.
  • Manage and coordinate CRO services associated with the pre-and post-processing of materials and samples from in-life studies.
  • Collaborate with and support internal staff in the design, execution, and interpretation of in vitro, organoid, and ex vivo studies.
  • Effectively resolve scientific and technical challenges using knowledge and subject matter expertise.
  • Communicate project evolvements and directions promptly and effectively in internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant literature and preclinical techniques.
  • Comply with all home office regulations.

Qualifications:

  • MSc (PhD an advantage) in relevant fields
  • 3-5 years of hands-on in vivo work experience in academic or industry settings
  • Proven track record of executing in vivo studies, including diverse routes of administration (IV, IP, IN, nebulisation, IT), monitoring techniques (IVIS, BAL/blood/urine collection), and sample collection (pre-euthanasia perfusion, cell dissociation, snap freeze, fixation, etc.)
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Stellar references
  • Previous experience in respiratory and/or metabolic diseases is an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are passionate about drug discovery and in vivo science and want to be part of an innovative and dynamic startup, we want to hear from you!
