As a valued employee you will have access to development tools to support your career and personal development with IMG. What Youβll Do: The Coordinator will support The Solheim Cup. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for supporting multiple events with a variety of tasks across The Solheim Cup portfolio to achieve the departmentsβ objective of creating best in class event servicing.
- Support SVP, Golf and VP, Golf in all aspects of The Solheim Cup account management.
- Support meetings, setting agendas, minutes and action points /following up notes.
- Build relationships and support colleagues.
- Adapt and bring new ideas and be able to articulate this to the wider teams.
- Assist in creation of key client presentations and documentation.
- Develop clear and concise internal and external presentations/reports.
- Attend events to support with a multitude of tasks.
- Onsite management of client programme during the events, including international travel.
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
- To create an efficient reporting system.
- To effectively plan and organise work efficiently, and to be able to meet deadlines.
- To receive positive feedback from The Solheim Cup and other strategic partners.
- To build a network of relationships with The Solheim Cup and other strategic partners.
- To contribute to the team with new ideas or new approaches.
- To positively represent company culture and participate in morale-boosting activities.
- Demonstrate/established experience in event administration.
- Incredibly organised, systematic and process driven.
- Experience in the sport or golf industry is desired.
- Experience in end-to-end event or project management is desired.
- Experience of liaising with senior clients and stakeholders up to CEO level.
- Ability to manage time in a multi-tasking environment and prioritise based on changing needs of both the client and the team
- Ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines
- A desire and willingness to travel
- A willingness to learn and take on new ideas.
- Self-motivated and proactive and ready to work as part of a small team.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- A clear and professional writing style.
- Strong customer service skills in both written and verbal communication.

- This is a permanent contract.
- Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00.
- Outside of event travel there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.
