What you will do:
- Using a time and attendance system to download CSV files
- liaising with the agencies regarding working hours/charge rates
- Input of details from driver run sheets – hours/details of each run into a report which is completed daily
- Ordering of Stationery & Uniform for new and existing colleagues
- Resolving general queries from warehouse, transport, agencies
- Logging and Raising Purchase Orders on e-Bis system
- Meeting and greeting guests/staff members that come on site, assisting them upon arrival and showing them to meeting rooms etc.
- General Admin Filing – Boxing off manifests/driver run sheets
Essential skills and experience required:
- Previous administration experience gained within a fast-moving organisation is a must.
- The ability to deal with high volumes of work in a timely fashion (sometimes under pressure) and with minimal error.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Self-motivation, you will instinctively know what needs prioritising and can deliver time after time.
- Preferred use of JoinedUp or a similar Time and Attendance system
- A real team player attitude, you will be trusted to get the job done but supported of course!
