We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Manager to join us at our Hub in Rugby Hub. We’re always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing business. In fact, we never stand still, we work hard, make quick decisions and deliver to our ambitious goals every day.
This position is to work on our Night Shift which is between 22:00-06:00, working 5 in any 7 days.

What You’ll Do:
This isn’t an easy job and at times you will have to deal with large volumes but at Evri we act and adapt Fast. You’ll be given the space to get the job done, thinking quickly to hit moving targets.
Day to day you’ll:
- Ensure the appropriate level of resource is assigned to the specific area to cover all shifts across the working week.
- Daily planning and management of the operation, depending on the area you manage including parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
- Manage and control Client SLA’s, load presentation compliance and daily asset requirements.
- Manage and control the reduction of damages and claims.
- Be accountable for all shift operational costs and performance reports and able to demonstrate strong cost leadership.
- With the support of the Operations Manager lead, organise and control a team of Supervisors including 121’s, performance reviews and team meetings.
- Responsible for all H&S, hygiene and quality audits including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your area.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Good Maths & English skills both written and verbal
- PC literate – you’ll be ok with Microsoft Office products
- Experience of logistics or distribution and ideally managing a team of operatives
- Be able to work at pace to challenging targets within in a fast paced environment
