Position Overview & Specifications
Retail sales assistant:
As part of the store team you will contribute to the day to day operations in the store working across all departments within the store.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- customer service
- stock replenishment
- stock management
- food handling
- stock ordering
- contribution to the store cleaning routines
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, be reliable, flexible and positively contribute to the team culture within the colleague team. You will have a willingness to get involved and experience all aspect of the operation of convenience store
Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
In return you will get access to a generous staff discount scheme available in company stores including our Toy store based in Llantwit Major. We will offer training where appropriate and have opportunities to develop your skills and experience within the store and further business.

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
