Aufgaben

HubSpot & Marketing-Automation: Konzeption, Aufbau und fortlaufende Betreuung unserer HubSpot-Umgebung sowie von Automatisierungsprozessen.
KPI-Erfassung & Reporting: Konkreter Aufbau, Tracking und Analyse relevanter Marketing- und Vertriebs-KPIs (z. B. Conversion Rates, Website-Performance und Lead-Generierung) zur datenbasierten Optimierung.
Content & Website: Betreuung unserer Firmenhomepage, Erstellung von Landing Pages und SEO-optimierten Inhalten.
Marketingmaterialien: Konzeption und Erstellung zielgerichteter Unterlagen (z. B. Präsentationen oder Case Studies).
Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb: Enge Zusammenarbeit, um Marketingprozesse optimal an Kundenbedürfnisse und den Vertriebserfolg anzupassen.

Qualifikation

Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschafts-,Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften
Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing-Automation / HubSpot sowie Affinität für Daten und Kennzahlen
Stilsicheres Ausdrucksvermögen sowie sehr gute Rechtschreibung und Grammatik
