We’re looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor to join our Shoreditch Team, bringing unexpected, ridiculous, joy to our guests every single day.
The Job
To be successful in the role as a Floor Supervisor you will need to:
- Manage your team roster, maintaining correct staffing levels through the effective use of manpower
- Ensure that open/close procedures are followed.
- Manage stock levels and ordering.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Serve as role model and first point of contact for your team
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, motivating and coaching employees.
