Position Overview & Specifications

Who We Are?

We’re a marketing agency focused on social media storytelling and social first activations, servicing a wide range of clients in both the B2C and B2B space. Our small, but growing team is always looking to push the envelope of what’s possible when it comes to briefs and we always go above and beyond for our clients. Our vibrant offices are situated behind London Bridge with a beautiful view of the Shard, making it the perfect place to get your creative juices flowing!

What You´ll Do

We’re looking for a motivated and self-starting Social Media Manager to join our growing team. You should be comfortable working alone and will be expected to keep track of deadlines, be comfortable working across multiple clients, and assisting the agency with internal marketing activities. Yes, that does mean you’ll probably have to be in the TikToks!

You will be responsible for the strategy, creation and curation of content calendars for clients, the active management of executive client pages and also keep track of reporting. As part of this role you’ll also be tasked with managing related influencer marketing responsibilities, including research and outreach of new talent and managing those ongoing relationships.

As the team grows, we want to empower you to grow with it and expand your abilities, including stretching your strategy skills, getting involved with pitches, and the opportunity to manage a Social Media Exec.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating and curating monthly content calendars for our clients
  • Writing social copy for ad-hoc posts not included in the calendars
  • Be a leader in client meetings, managing expectations and working with them for the best result
  • Keep detailed reporting for clients and work to optimise outcomes
  • Plan and execute detailed social media campaigns for clients
  • Plan and execute photoshoots and events in collaboration with clients
  • Define social media strategy and KPIs for clients
  • Manage ongoing ambassador campaigns, including creative briefs, reviewing and approving content, regular reporting and being the main point of contact for ambassador and influencer
  • Assist the company with any internal marketing needs to raise the profile of the business

Role Requirements

Essential

  • Strong track record of expert social media execution across all major platforms
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries
  • High proficiency with various forms of copywriting, in particular social copy
  • You’ll be a social first content creation whizz, comfortable creating everything from TiksToks and Reels, to UGC style content and graphics
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for social trends
  • Understanding of data figures, how to report them and communicate clearly to the client
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • You’ll be super organised and be a strong project manager
  • Experience working collaboratively with a wider team, providing constructive and reasoned feedback
  • High proficiency creating engaging presentation decks

Desirable

  • Comfortable presenting in front of clients
  • Some Adobe Creative Cloud Experience (or keenness to learn)

Awesome if you happen to have

  • An existing network of influencer talent to draw on, or previous experience in influencer marketing
  • Previous experience managing junior roles
  • An understanding of paid social media strategy

Why Join Us?

  • 4 day work week.
  • 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
  • Birthday day off
  • Christmas shutdown with no need to use your annual leave
  • Flexible working, typically Tues-Thurs in the office, Monday WFH
  • MacBook
  • Access to personal development through the company
  • The opportunity to join a fast-growing team and agency!

Gentle reminder: Even if you don’t tick every single box on the list, we believe that diverse perspectives are essential for building stronger teams. If you think you’d be a good fit for ours and this role, but you’re maybe missing a few of those ‘essential’ requirements, don’t write yourself off too soon. A keenness to learn is just as important to us as having an established skillset.

Important.

Please make your application more about you as a person than your ‘on paper’ experience.

We ask that you submit a cover letter with your application that tells us more about you, why you think you’re a good fit for the role and why we should invite you for interview.

We read cover letters first and if you don’t impress us there, we won’t look at your CV (soz).
