The UX / Graphic Designer role at Gain.pro

We are currently on the lookout for a talented individual to become our first cutting-edge UX / Graphic Designer. In this role, we expect you to have the ability to research deeply, think conceptually and, most importantly, bring fresh creativity. We would love to work with someone who has a true passion and enthusiasm for what they do every day.

As our first designer in the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to grow with the business, taking part in the long-term goal of building out a world class creative team. You will work directly with our VP Marketing, content marketer, digital marketer and product marketer, and as a team be responsible for driving more traffic to our website, generating more marketing leads, increasing our outreach and continuing to make the Gain.pro brand globally recognised.

We are a growing company, doubling in size year over year, and are set to remain on this trajectory. This means we have a vast amount of communications and content to support us both externally and internally, including ads, motion graphics, presentations, direct mail, collateral, newsletters and, of course, our website. So as a member of the marketing team, you will need to be creative in all areas of design and be able to develop creative concepts while enhancing and protecting the Gain.pro brand.

What will you be responsible for?

• As our website product owner, driving our web design (new landing pages, upgrading existing pages, driving structural change)

• Full project management of multiple design projects with numerous stakeholders

• Protecting and enhancing our brand - as the director of art, you will ensure all output is of the highest quality and consistent with our branding

• Taking ownership of our company website and driving the design of new pages, upgrading existing pages and driving structural change

• Bringing all our communications to the next level - designing e-guides, customer stories, infographics, event themes and social media outings

• Helping design and shape our first self-hosted Gain.pro event in 2024

• Collaborating with the marketing team and tech team to ideate and execute a wide range of marketing and web projects

• Bringing all of our existing marketing assets to the next level

• Managing our external agency to offer support on production assets

Who are you?

We are looking for a passionate graphic designer who…

• Is highly creative and loves to explore multiple concepts which is proved by a strong portfolio of B2B / commercial projects

• Can immerse themselves in our target audience to deliver designs that speak to them

• Has great eye for detail and makes sure to always deliver high quality work

• Has strong communication skills – is confident contributing to the entire creative process, discussing creative executions, and actively engaging with the team to ensure time efficiencies

• Has a clear understanding of the power of design for marketing and conversions

• Has exceptional organizational skills – is a well-organized individual able to work autonomously and demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively, receive feedback and maximize time

• Has the ability to grow with the business and is able to develop a long term creative vision for the Gain.pro brand which actively contributes to our brand enhancement

• Has the ability to grow into a leading role as the design team develops

• Is someone who is prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuff done!

Nice to haves…

• Experience with product management tools such as Notion, Jira, Monday, Asana or equivalent

• HTML & CSS knowledge is a plus

• Motion graphic video design skills are desirable, but not required
