  • A genuine interest in careers, employability and professional development, with an understanding of the skills employers look for in students and graduates.
  • Strong intercultural communication skills and confidence working with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Empathy and the ability to communicate with students in an impartial, professional and supportive manner. Training and guidance will be provided.
  • A proactive mindset, you are comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks, asking questions when needed and following through to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with student communications, registrations, data and administrative processes.
  • Reliable, punctual and accountable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
