Store Manager - Newcastle We’re currently looking for a Store Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty family at H beauty Gateshead. Whether you’re looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you. About The Role Through strong leadership and commercial acumen, you will be accountable for ensuring that the highest standards are attained throughout the operation; with effective management of both internal and external stakeholders, customer relationship management and team development whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand. With your energy and experience as a senior retail manager, you will thrive in this new role; it’s important you can make a quick impact. Being a masterful communicator, you will establish fast and strong relationships with other functions across the business. You will be accountable for owning and driving store performance to exceed business expectations. Developing and implementing clear sales and service strategy for the store is key to ensure alignment with the Retail and Buying strategy. About You We believe that inspired, empowered leaders can work wonders. They support our vision to not only drive new revenues, but bring the Harrods story, experience, values and magic to new customers. So, we give our Store Managers the freedom, training and full support to develop and implement a clear sales and service strategy for the store and help to bring our vision alive through your team. You’ll Also -

• Have strong retail management background and a proven track record of leading large teams whilst being a manager of managers.
• Be a relationship led leader who likes being on the floor with your managers helping them to be their best.
• Be resilient and work to actively seek constructive feedback for continuous improvement from your business stakeholders.
• Have a relentless focus on delivering to the best of your ability for your team and store.
• Set an example for the right ways of working from the get go, you will have a strong HR policy and employment law awareness.
• Be self-aware and comfortable operating in ambiguity. It’s a new concept, we are evolving as we work.
