Position Overview & Specifications
In this new and exciting role you will be provided with comprehensive training to become a multiskilled Customer Service Advisor, working across our Customer Service and New Business department. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills and grow with our company. You will become proficient in supporting our customers with a variety of queries and providing the support they need, this could include changes to existing policies, giving quotes for new policies, taking payments and supporting customers in financial difficulty What are we looking for in a Customer Service Advisor?
- An insurance background is not necessary, we see many skills as transferrable, if you have a background in customer service whether it be within a contact centre, office based, retail or a hospitality environment or even just an interest to start a career within customer service we’d love to hear from you
