- Highly experienced in maintaining buses & coaches and have training to a minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or its equivalent
- Able to support colleagues in their duties and deliver best practice for safe and legal compliance
- Equipped with a keen eye for detail, and be adept at working both accurately & methodically to carry out regular vehicle repairs and servicing
- A PSV Licence holder so they can perform vehicle road testing and attend vehicle breakdowns & recoveries
- Happy to help their new colleagues, offering a can-do attitude and a desire to work constructively as part of a team
- Possess strong vehicle diagnostic skills with the ability to both communicate & carry out the appropriate repair or remedy
- Highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to minimise vehicle down time
