Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Head Office - London Henlow Recruitment Group are looking for Hard working and enthusiastic individuals who are ready to join our team of experienced consultants and help grow the Flagship London Office. If you are a recent Graduate, have sales experience or have spent time in a commercial setting and now want to move into the world of recruitment. We want to speak to you. We can offer uncapped commission and fast career progression. The right candidate will be highly motivated and target driven and ready to join our team in London. The Company: Henlow have been in business for 9 years and have offices throughout Central Europe, the UK and US. We specialise in Technology recruitment solutions into the Financial and FinTech sector. With recent investment into our business, we have plans to expand massively over the coming year. As part of one of the largest recruitment groups in Europe our backing and support is unmatched. We work with some of the biggest names in FS, Banking and Technology across the globe.
The Role: As a trainee recruitment consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The Training: You will enrol in the nGAGE training academy alongside a number of likeminded people all starting their journey into recruitment. The training will run alongside your day to day job for the 1st month and will be a mixture of classroom based and desk side coaching. You will also get the opportunity to jump straight in at the deep end at the same time and could be making your 1st placements in month 1. You will also receive regular masterclasses and training from Management and the experienced Consultants. The Person: To be successful in recruitment you must be driven by success. You will need to be a confident, determined person and have excellent communication skills. You must be able to thrive in a lively, sociable and competitive working environment and be motivated by career potential. With us, you control your earnings - the harder you work, the more money you can earn.
The Earning Potential, Benefits, and Rewards: You will earn a basic salary and uncapped commission from day one. Your year one OTE (On Target Earnings) will be between £35,000 - £50,000. Beyond that, there really is No Limit to what you can earn. Other rewards and incentives include:
