Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our brand new Supported Living Service in Denaby Main in Doncaster. A career as a Support Worker is incredibly rewarding, challenging and offers a level of job satisfaction you won’t find elsewhere. You will be joining a team whose focus is to provide support of the highest quality, safeguard and promote the needs of the people we support.You will be supporting people with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.
We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you to become a Qualified Support Worker and beyond! You will be joining a company who values its employees. You will have need to be able to work a combination of morning, afternoon and night shifts.
