About Us
Highfields Spencer Academy are looking to recruit a dynamic and committed Teaching Assistant, who can inspire learning and fully commit to our school ethos. The position will be based across the whole school, with a focus on supporting early reading and phonics.
We believe that all pupils are entitled to high quality learning experiences, where barriers are removed.
