This is an exciting time for the newly commissioned Hull 0-19 Integrated Public Health Nursing (IPHN) service. We now have an opportunity to recruit two 22.5hr Clinical Lead posts to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in some of our current service development - developing pathways and a coordinated team across both administrative and clinical processes
The role of the two IPHN Clinical Leads is diverse with opportunities to develop the new commissioned service as part of the wider leadership team. You will be responsible for providing clinical, professional, and organisational leadership ensuring delivery of the IPHN service and supporting the team to meet required Key Performance Indicators for service monitoring. You will also lead on service delivery and provide support and advice on service development in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, and other agencies across the city of Hull.
