Established in 2004, Hunter Dunning is a successful specialist recruitment consultancy based in Chichester, working across all areas of the property sector. The business has plans for substantial growth in the coming years and we are currently looking to recruit bright, motivated and hard working individuals with previous recruitment experience to join our team.

• Business development; Identifying and acting on new business opportunities
• Communicating with clients and candidates by phone and email
• Coordinating interviews, offers and placements using our in-house database and admin processes
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Organising and assisting meetings with candidates and clients

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment role
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
• Good organisational skills and the ability to effectively multitask
• Motivation to succeed in a target driven environment
• The ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet

Our commission scheme gives you the opportunity to earn up to 50p for every £1 invoiced. Get a bottle of Fizz on your anniversary.
