IBM are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Analytics Cloud consultant to join our expanding team. As a HCM Analytics Cloud consultant, you will play a central role in ensuring the people reporting requirements of the business are met using reporting tools contained within Oracle HCM.
Through expert knowledge, you will

• Help to define and build custom reports that meet the needs of our business;
• Work with wider HR team to define functional reporting requirements and to create functional reporting specs that accurately document required functionality.
• Provide guidance to the creation of end user training ensuring that functionality of reports are fully understood when documentation is created and support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM reporting, raising/fixing any potential bugs found

At IBM, we have a fantastic and growing Oracle HCM Practice, where we have delivered multiple First of a Kind implementations. You will support the implementation for Cloud Reporting using your in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to ensure a successful project delivery. This will include process design, product configuration & demo, functional design and testing from unit testing through to UAT.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional with :

• Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting experience on at least 2 end to end implementations
• Knowledge of HCM data model
