This role is physically demanding & involves (safe!) heavy lifting. Due to health and safety you must be over 18 for this role. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYYour daily tasks include the responsibility to decide and act on how to handle products that have been returned by our customers, that have been damaged in the store or that are not possible to offer to our customers. Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly. Always champion the sustainability impact when deciding to recover products. You will contribute to improving our customers shopping experience, by minimizing all internal damages & unnecessary costs related to our products and improving their quality.
