Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our brand new Supported Living Service in Darlington.
A career as a Support Worker is incredibly rewarding, and challenging and offers a level of job satisfaction you won’t find elsewhere. You will be joining a team whose focus is to provide support of the highest quality, safeguard and promote the needs of the people we support.
You will be supporting people with mental health conditions, who are autistic, have challenging behaviour and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.
We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanour when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Include ‘In’ Autism. We will support you to become a Qualified Support Worker and beyond! You will be joining an organisation who is a multiple national award winning organisation and who values its employees.

You don't need to have experience, but it is essential that you share our values. We will support you through your Level 2 qualification, so you become a fully qualified Support Worker
