We’re InnovateHer.

We are on a mission:

To get girls ready for the tech industry and the industry ready for girls.

We are trying to achieve this through three strands of activity:

Through our award-winning tech-focused educational programmes for 13 to 17 year olds;

Working with our industry partnership network to improve EDI;

By campaigning to raise awareness on a national level of the need for diversity in tech.

We have big goals over the next few years. We’re seeking an Administrative Assitant to help us keep the cogs turning and support our Leadership team with tasks, keeping us working effectively throughout the week. This role has a crucial part to play in supporting the Head of Partnerships to develop our pipeline of potential partners and keep the service we deliver to our current partner network running smoothly. At times you will also support some wider team initiatives like events or organising team days too.

We are looking for a member of the team who is organised, likes to plan activities and keep on top of deadlines. We’d love to hear from you if you are someone who is good at collaborating with lots of people across different teams, who likes to use our project management tools to keep on top of tasks and can prioritise effectively.

To find out more about our work, visit our website.

  • Look after our shared inboxes and triage queries to the relevant people in the business.
  • Support with financial admin tasks, using google sheets as needed by the Head of Operations.

General support for the InnovateHer team (approx 0.5 days per week):

  • You’ll be passionate about Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and have the desire to drive change and raise awareness of our mission.
  • You’ll be happy to work autonomously to deliver tasks on time and be confident in asking for support when you need it.
  • You’ll be a true collaborator.
  • You’ll be an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
  • We are looking for an incredibly organised individual who is able to plan activities in advance, with a keen eye for detail.
