Secretary

Location: Bournemouth

Role Purpose:
Typing and Reception duties. Providing support to secretarial team and Investment Managers.

Description of the key responsibilities:
Secretary to IM's, support other secretaries and some reception duties when required.

• Minute taking experience not essential but useful
• Excel basic knowledge essential –to allow input of date and printing (training given)
• Typing using template letters essential
• Telephone/Reception duties experience essential, but training given
• Ordering of supplies
• To have the ability to work as a team member essential
• Managing with help of the team, the incoming requests from the Secretaries Task box (basic printing and sending out letters/statements)
• Archiving

• Excel
• Logging of post
• New business spreadsheet/pipeline
• Printing off reports on excel
